Garden Admissions

Yoga with Matt Caza
Reconnect with yourself in a grounding 60-minute Vinyasa Yoga practice surrounded by the calming beauty of the Garden. This ancient movement practice combines fluid postures, breathing exercises, and body awareness to guide you toward a more relaxed and conscious state. Like the flow of yin and yang, both effort and ease help release tension in body and mind.
The tranquil Garden setting is the perfect complement. Step away from the outside world and turn inward in a serene, natural space.
Arrive a little early to wander the grounds and let nature set the tone for your practice. Together, we’ll move through accessible flows, balance effort with ease, and close with a peaceful meditation to reset for the week ahead.
Sunday, October 19
- Early arrival: 1:00 PM
- Class start: 2:00 PM
- Class finish: 3:00 PM
