Rosa Mexicano

This David Rockwell–designed Mexican restaurant has vivid terrazzo steps, a two-story blue-tile water wall and backlit pressed roses that brighten the first-floor bar. The frozen pomegranate margarita packs a punch, as do the 40-plus tequilas. Try a flight and you may never do another solo shot again. The guacamole, an excellent bar snack, is deservedly famous.
