Focusing exclusively on wines from Burgundy, PIIN offers an impressive 2,000-plus pours and 100 wines by the glass. Those wines are paired with elevated interpretations of Cantonese cuisine, such as slow-cooked pigeon smoked with jasmine tea leaves. While Burgundy wines have a reputation for being expensive and inaccessible, PIIN hopes to make them a little more approachable by offering older large format bottles and rare vintages by the glass.
