Third-Party Subprocessors
Google and its affiliates engage the third-party entities in the table below to perform limited activities in connection with the Google Workspace Core Services and Cloud Identity Services. The table shows what activity each entity performs and indicates if an entity is only relevant to a specific Service. More information about each activity is provided directly below. This explains the limited processing of Customer Data the entity is authorized to perform.

Technical Support: Customer-initiated technical support:

• in the case of Google Workspace Services as described in the Google Workspace Technical Support Services Guidelines.

• in the case of Cloud Identity Services as described in the Cloud Identity Technical Support Services Guidelines.

Assured Support: Customer-initiated technical support as described in the Google Workspace Technical Support Services Guidelines. If Customer chooses to enable Assured Controls with a technical support location requirement, then only Subprocessors listed as performing Assured Support for locations permitted under that control package will be engaged to provide technical support to Customer.

These Subprocessors do not have access to Customer Data stored or processed by the Services. They only have access to Customer Data if Customer explicitly elects to enable such access in the course of a support case (e.g., by granting access to a Google Doc, Google Sheet, or Google Drive folder).

Security Risk Detection: Human review of indicators of account compromise or abuse. The Subprocessor only accesses Customer Data of accounts suspected of compromise or abuse and access to Customer Data is limited to suspicious search terms.
